This weekend break takes you to some of most interesting castles in the North and their splendid gardens. Tours of each castle are included to shed light on the lives of their occupants past and present, then it's into the gardens for a feast of contrasting styles, good planting and superb maintenance.

Highlights

Other useful information
Some walking involved but paths are generally level and accessible. Wheelchair access is generally not a problem to the gardens although some areas of the Castle interiors may be inaccessible due to the age and layout of the buildings. Please bring waterproof jacket and comfortable shoes or boots.
