Pursuing the Picts (Week)

Itinerary

Saturday	Welcome reception and dinner and chance to meet your tour leader and companions for the coming week. Overnight in Nairn.
Sunday	Travel through Nairnshire and Moray visiting various sites. Overnight in Nairn.
Monday	Today we visit Inverness Museum and some nearby Pictish stones in the Inverness area.
Tuesday	We leave for the north today, by way of Easter Ross. We arrive in Brora in the afternoon, and settle in our comfortable accommodation for the next two nights.
Wednesday	We spend today looking at some real Pictish Treasures in the Easter Ross area, returning to our Brora base at night.
Thursday	On the move again today, we travel further north, through some beautiful scenery, visiting various sites on the way to our base for the next two nights at Lybster.
Friday	We spend today travelling around the north, from the plains of Caithness to mountainous Sutherland, returning again to Lybster for our final evening together.
Saturday	Alas, this morning our tour ends and we head south for Inverness to arrive by midday.
